The first OneOhio Recovery Foundation meeting will take place at the Ohio Department of Public Safety on Monday, May 16 from 1:00 - 3:30 PM.

The OneOhio Recovery Foundation board meetings are not subject to the Ohio’s open meetings law, however, the parties to the MOU that established the foundation, which includes the State of Ohio and its local governments, agreed for the Foundation to operate with full transparency. The board, once operational, intends to adopt a Transparency Policy to ensure the highest levels of openness and transparency are adhered to by the Foundation board, committees, and future staff. Meetings of the Foundation board, committees, and Expert Panel will be accessible by the general public, with notices posted and emailed once we have an infrastructure in place to do so. RecoveryOhio will continue to assist with this until we do. We are working on technological capabilities to enable virtual attendance by the public, and we will also offer an in-person attendance option for the upcoming meeting to be held at the Ohio Department of Public Safety located at 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio on May 16 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
